• Contact details: name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number.
• Order information: what you bought, order value, delivery and returns history.
• Payment information: handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card only — we never see or store your full card number.
• Account data: username and password, if you create an account.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited.

• To process and deliver your order, and handle returns — necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To answer your questions and provide customer service — our legitimate interest in running the shop.
• To meet accounting and tax obligations — a legal obligation.

4. Who we share it with

Only those who need it to fulfil your order: our payment provider, our delivery carriers, our email and hosting providers, and our accountants. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. We never sell your data.

This site is hosted by Hostinger. Server logs may record your IP address for security and diagnostics.

We use cookies that are necessary for the basket and checkout to work, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Order records are kept for six years to satisfy UK tax law. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Account data is kept while your account is open.
