It depends on the material, but a few minutes of regular care is all it takes.

• Suede: let them dry completely, then brush with a suede brush, following the nap. Use a suede eraser on marks. Refresh two or three times a season with a water-repellent protector spray.
• Smooth leather: wipe off dust with a soft, slightly damp cloth, let dry, then apply a neutral or colour-matched conditioning cream. Buff with a clean cloth.
• Soles and welts: a stiff brush and warm water are enough.

Avoid: washing machines, tumble dryers, radiators, hairdryers and harsh detergents — they ruin both leather and sole. If your shoes get wet, stuff them with paper and let them dry away from direct heat.

Yes, we accept exchanges for a different size or colour within 30 days of delivery.

We confirm availability, and you use the prepaid return label included in your parcel to send the original back. Exchanges are free — you pay neither the return nor the new delivery. If what you want is out of stock, we offer an alternative or a full refund.
