These terms govern your use of www.dolevio.com and any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Buying from us

Product images are as accurate as we can make them, though colours can vary slightly between screens. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable tax. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order already placed.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you an order confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was listed in error, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

3. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free on every order with no minimum spend. Orders are processed in 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–8 working days after ordering. Full detail is on our Delivery Information page.

4. Returns, exchanges and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return an order. Return postage is free and a prepaid label is included in your parcel. We also accept exchanges for a different size or colour within the same period. Refunds are processed within 10 days of us receiving and inspecting the return. See our Returns & Refunds page.

5. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. Our 30-day returns policy is more generous and runs alongside this right, which it does not replace.

6. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty, email us with your order number and a photograph and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express through Stripe, as well as Klarna and Apple Pay. Payment is taken when your order is confirmed. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

8. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, logos and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email support@dolevio.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours and to resolve complaints within 14 days.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
